Club Fit 101, located at 124 Peacock Circle in Seymour, continues to offer its patrons the freshest angles on making working out enjoyable and efficient.

The business has eight newly-purchased high-tech exercise bikes and plans to begin offering four indoor-cycling classes every week. The classes actually got started on the first day of March.

Jennifer Vance, a group fitness instructor and personal trainer at Club Fit 101, said the classes will feature a trained instructor who will lead the class through a journey while never leaving the controlled climate and mirrored walls of the workout facility.

Each stationary bike is equipped to simulate the effect of riding up and down hills and over flats. The bikes also allow users to adjust the resistance to properly coincide with rider’s strength and condition.

“A lot of people are really excited about the classes starting,” said Vance. “It’s going to be a high-intensity, low-impact, calorie-burning class.

The classes will be held on Mondays at 9:15 a.m., on Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m., on Fridays at 5:30 a.m., and on Saturdays at 8:30 a.m.
