Seymour High School baseball coach Scott Norman was recently named the Sectional Coach of the Year for his team’s performance during the 2007 baseball season.
This year marks the third time Norman has won the award.
Norman will receive a plaque at the annual sectional coaches’ clinic during a luncheon to be held on Saturday, June 26.
Norman directed the Eagles to the state tournament last season for the third time in his career.
Norman said he won for the section of the state that covers east of Nashville.
