Bristol Dragway hosts Masters Auto Expo May 26-28

A high-stakes bracket race is on the weekend agenda Car enthusiasts will be in for a treat as the Masters Auto Expo, presented by O’Reilly Auto Parts, visits Bristol Dragway Memorial Day weekend, May 26-28. The Expo has something for everyone as an action-packed schedule features bracket racing, USLMRA (on first reference, write this out) lawn mower racing, monster truck rides and trips down the legendary Thunder Valley dragstrip in a Roy Hill-owned dragster.Also scheduled to take place throughout the event are five professional and exhibition shows that will include Beat the Heat Police Cars, Diesel Hot Rod Association Racing, Classic Gear Jammers, nitro coupes and Team FMX motocross. A high stakes bracket race is scheduled for both Saturday and Sunday with an impressive purse that will eclipse $22,000. The bracket race is divided into two classes, a box class that runs electronics and a pro class. Entry fee is $100 for box class and $50 for pro class for each day. Gates open at 9 a.m. each day with activities running throughout the day until 6 p.m. Daily admission for the Auto Expo is $10 for adults, children 12 and under are admitted free. Car show pricing is $25 for the car and driver for the entire event.
