Dear Mr. & Mrs. Walker: Thank you for such a complimentary letter commending Blount County Road Superintendent, Bill Dunlap, and his crew. I appreciate your taking the time to write and also for writing a letter to the editor of the Seymour Herald. Unfortunately, people are not as quick to praise as to criticize; and it’s very heartening when we hear or read positive comments from our citizens.
