First, I must sincerely apologize for my lengthy absence. The last few months have hit me pretty hard. The nurses et. al. at the cardiac rehabilitation center of Blount Memorial Hospital really took good care of me and I am now pretty much on my feet.
There is a lot that goes along with a heart attack. I cannot praise them enough, I feel that they weren’t just doing a job I really felt their interest in my recovery.
Here in Seymour things seem to be rocking along at about our normal. Just recently our local 'Lions Club' organized a 'Pancake Supper.' The food was great, who doesn't just love good pancakes? The money they raised goes to 'Lions Club' projects for vision care and a few other related. I don't have a final tally on the funds but we should be proud of ourselves. We here in Seymour seem to have generous hearts.
In driving around Seymour I see many horses, some, a few seem to be work horses but most are more than likely horses for the owners pleasure. I don't know if they are included in the 'Census' but we can all count them in our hearts.
I have recently heard about 'Amigo, a wounded horse that is presently being cared for at the UT large animal facility. He has quite a story but appears to be on the road to recovery.
The horse’s owner, Gary Sanderson is going broke paying for Amigo's many surgical procedures. If you would like to help Amigo, contributions may be sent to University of Tennessee, Large Animal Clinic, Billing Office, Patient # 211197, 2407 River Drive, Knoxville, TN 37996-4550. Folks from around the world are contributing via FACE book, Amigo.
Soon there will be more babies born in America from foreign parents than American. There is one population group which is using this in their political agenda. Moslems, within the next twenty years will/can end up in a majority position. Ladies of America should fear this as part of their political agenda is to institute sharia lay.
What you gained in 1920 plus much more will be lost. Please read as much as you can about this issue.
