Beverly Rouse

Rouse, Beverly J. (Troutman), age 76, of Knoxville, TN, passed away October 1, 2008, at Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center after a long illness. Beverly was a member of Alice Bell Baptist Church and had attended Central High School. She was a very loving and thoughtful person. Beverly was always willing to help anyone in need, whether it was just an ear to listen or a hot meal to eat. She and her husband, Paul, were also very active in youth sports programs in the Alice Bell community, where they raised their children. Heaven is truly receiving a beautiful angel. Beverly was an avid sports fan and she loved watching her husband, children and grandchildren coach and play ball. She was always happiest when with her friends and family, and loved traveling to the beach and shopping. Special thanks to friend and caregiver, Brenda Martin. Predeceased by: parents, Walter and Bonnie Troutman; husband, Paul E. Rouse; and grandson Julian Rouse. To mourn and cherish her memories are: children, Tony Rouse, Chuck and wife Mitzi, Mark and wife Cheryl, Alicia Rouse, Allison and husband, Harold Keith; grandchildren, Alex, Nicole, Natalie, Preston, Ashley, Megan, Blake, Paige, Amber, Justin, Sierra, Haley, Michael, Kayla, and Evan; great-granddaughter, Adrianna; brother, Don and wife Joann Troutman. Family will receive friends at Lynnhurst-Greenwood Chapel, 5-7pm Saturday, October 4, funeral service to follow, with Rev. Toby Everett officiating. Family and friends will assemble in Lynnhurst Cemetery on Sunday for 4pm entombment services. Special friends and grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
