Services for Mr. Marion Nolan Sharp will be held, November 01, 2007, at 08:00 PM at the following locations: Highland South Memorial Park Chapel 9010 E. Simpson Road Knoxville, TN 37920 (865) 573-7300 Marion Nolan Sharp age 81, of Knoxville, went to be with the Lord October 29, 2007. He retired from Lays packing company and was a member of Hillcrest Baptist Church where he served as a deacon for many years. Preceded in death by his parents Etheridge and Elizabeth Sharp and three brothers. Survived by his wife of 59 years Grace Sharp and sons Mike and wife Peggy and Rick and wife Karen; sister Dorothy Nipper; three grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Visitation will be Thursday, November 1, 2007 from 5 to 8 p.m. at Highland South Memorial Park Chapel with the funeral service to follow at 8 p.m. with Reverend Archie Elliott and Reverend Jack Easter officiating. Interment services with military honors will be Friday, November 2, 2007 at 11 a.m. in Highland South Memorial Park. Guest book may be signed at www.highlandmemorialparks.com.
