Mr. Ted Lee Webb

Services for Mr. Ted Lee Webb will be held, May 12, 2007, at 02:00 PM at the following locations: Highland Memorial Chapel 5315 Kingston Pike Knoxville, TN 37919 (865) 588-0567 Webb, Ted Lee ? age 67 of West Knoxville, passed away at his residence Monday May 7, 2007. Mr. Webb was past Master of Oriental Lodge #435 F. & A.M., Past Patron Acacia May Chapter 24 of the Order of the Eastern Star, a 32nd Degree Scottish Rite Mason and a member of the York Rite Bodies. He was of the Baptist faith. He retired as a Chief Radioman after serving 20 years in the United States Navy Submarine Service and was a past member of the Tennessee Defense Force. Ted was a 1957 graduate of West High School. He was employed by BWXT-Y-12 for 29 years. His hobby was Ham Radio and he is a past Director of the Navy MARS Program. Preceded in death his father, Clell E. Webb, and brother, Robert E. Webb. Survived by his mother, Mrs. Ella Huling Webb; wife of 49 years, Barbara Ruth Webb; sons, Michael D. Webb and wife Sandra, and David A. Webb; grandchildren, Christopher W. Webb and fiance Amy Norman, Sarah B. Webb, Zachary M. Webb; mother-in-law, Mrs. Verneil Ann Richards, all of Knoxville; sister-in-law, Mrs. Mary A. Webb of Johnson City; numerous aunts, uncles and very special to him Mark and Gail Russell of Mystic, Connecticut; Steven Kerr of Kentucky, Dan Hollandsworth of Nashville, John and Portia Roberts of Knoxville, and Allen Witt of Knoxville. Our family wishes to express our appreciation to Dr. Larry Brakebill, his nurse Amanda, Intrepid Health Care Nurses Tracy, Jan and Polly. Our very special thank you to Mrs. Angela Ridenour for her loving, gentle care of Ted. The family will receive friends on Saturday, May 12 from 12 noon until 2:00 p.m. at Highland Memorial on Kingston Pike. Services will follow at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Howard Huling officiating. Masonic services will be provided by the Oriental Lodge #435. Burial will follow at Highland Memorial Cemetery with military rites provided by United Veterans Honor Guard.
