William Roy Baxter, age 76 of Sevierville, passed away Thursday, March 01, 2007. He was preceded in death by parents Robert and Isabell Baxter; brothers, Dan and Scott Baxter; sister Luthenie Baxter. Survivors: Son: Roy Baxter and wife Sandra Grandsons: John Duncan and Rocky Ogle Brother: Fount Baxter Sisters: Martha Perryman and Ruby Reed Funeral service 7 PM Saturday in the Chapel of Atchley Funeral Home with Rev.
