James Dowell

Dowell, James Michael, age 45, of Knoxville, passed away June 25, 2007 at Parkwest Hospital. He was of the Baptist faith. Employed as Operation Director for West Towne Mall. Proceeded in death by father; Charles E. Dowell, Sr., grandparents; Leonard Huston Sparks and Margaret McCarroll McCarter. Survivors include wife, Karen Dowell; son, Thomas Dowell; daughter, LaToya Dowell; granddaughter, Johanna Marie Dowell; mother, Barbara Sparks Dowell; brothers, Charles Dowell, Jeff Franklin and wife Courtney; sister, Lisa Myshrall and husband, Michael, of Spokane, Washington; several nieces and nephews; godson, Timothy Frisco. Memorial service will be at 8:00 pm on Thursday at Berry Chapel with Rev. Robert Mackey officiating.
