Faye Spurlock

Spurlock, Faye Rosetta Cheek, age 95, of South Knoxville died peacefully June 16th at Fort Sanders Regional Hospital. She was a member of Graystone Presbyterian Church. She was preceded in death by husband, Charles Spurlock of Leesburg, VA; son, Walter Spurlock of Henrietta, TX, and daughter Patricia Waskey of Virginia Beach, VA. daughter, Carolyn, and son-in-law, James Anderson, of Knoxville, with whom she had made her home for the past 12 years; grand-daughters Jolene Kidd of Charlottesville, VA; Deborah Waskey of Virginia Beach, VA; Regina Sanderson of Virginia Beach, VA; Gayle Spurlock of San Diego, CA; and grandsons Donald Waskey of Butler, NJ and ?Spud? Carson Spurlock of Hemet, CA. She is also survived by six great-grandsons, four great-granddaughters, and two great-great granddaughters. A memorial service will be held on June 23, 2007 at Lake Hills PCUSA at 10:00 A.M. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Gideons International. P.O. Box 1452, Knoxville, TN 37901.
