Roger Blair Tadlock, Jr., age 23 of Sevierville, passed away Saturday, June 9, 2007. He was preceded in death by his father, Roger Tadlock, Sr. in 1987. Survivors: LifeMate: Michelle Son: Chad William Tadlock Step-daughters: Rebecca and LaDonna Step-son: James Parents: Tommy R. Tadlock and wife, Barbara Brother: Tommy M. Tadlock Uncle: Brett Tadlock Aunts: Sheila Simpson and Tracy Ivey Great-Grandmother: Lorine Tadlock Several loving cousins and extended family In lieu of flowers, a trust fund will be established to benefit his son. The family will receive friends from 2-5 PM Tuesday at Atchley Funeral Home, Sevierville. Graveside service and interment 1 PM cst Friday in Sumner Memorial Gardens in Gallatin, Tennessee.
