Services for Willie Mae 'Bill' Allman Johnson will be held, July 11, 2007, at 01:00 PM at the following locations: Clinton Chapel AME Zion Church 546 College St Knoxville, TN 37921 (865) 522-1057 Willie Mae (Bill) Allman Johnson of Knoxville, Tennessee passed away peacefully at 1:10 a.m. on Sunday, July 8, 2007, at HillCrest West Healthcare Center. A faithful believer in Christ Jesus, she was a former long-time member of Clinton Chapel AME Zion Church until failing health and then joined New Mt. Calvary Missionary Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband Peyton Rudolph; son, James Rudolph; parents, John and Minnie Yeargins Allman; sister, Jacqueline Pauline, brothers, John Ralph and infant brother James; and daughter-in-law, Pamela Johnson. She leaves to rejoice her homegoing daughters, Paula and husband Johnny Colquitt, Constance Powell and Gayle Johnson; sons, William (Buddy) and wife Lenora of Cleveland, Ohio; and John (Jerry) and wife Sherri. Grandchildren, Ursula Rochelle Powell of Nashville, James (Tony), Aaron, and Eric Johnson, and Lynnzi and Johnny Lee III (Trae) Colquitt all of Knoxville; nine great grandchildren, including devoted great-grandson, Traelyn Colquitt of Kingston, Tennessee; one nephew, Gary Allman of Bronx, New York; daughter-in-law, Bernice Johnson; foster daughter, Debbie Black; devoted long time friends, Ruth Long, Dorothy Tubbs, Cleveland, Ohio and Willie Jo Hill; former son-in-law, Claude Powell; former daughters in law, Charlene Johnson and Sheria Johnson and many other realitives and friends. The family extends their heartfelt thanks to all the staff and caregivers at Hillcrest West with special thanks to Pearl Page, Cathie Lynch, Jennifer Reed, Barbara King, Tina Moore, Sara McKelvey, Rhoda Goore, Karry Fowler, Rosa Hardin, Tiffany Brewster, Kathy Elder, April McAfee, Lisa Betts, Brandon Spencer, Carrie Fenton, Mary Johnson, Ann Steen and Debbie Ontiveros. Also, a special thanks to Janie, Arlene Sherman, Shaunta Sheadrick, Caris Hospice and Brother James and Evangelist Ruby Winton and the New Mt. Calvary Mission Team. The family will be at the home of Paula and Johnny Colquitt, 301 Lupine Drive, Knoxville, Tennessee. Visitation will be held at Clinton Chapel AME Zion Church on Wednesday, July 11, 2007 from 12 noon ? 1:00 PM. Funeral services will follow at 1:00 PM with Dr. Reginald Butler, Evangelist Ruby Winton and Rev. John A. Butler officiating. Committal services will follow funeral services in Highland South Memorial Park. Highland South Funeral Home is honored to serve the Johnson family. www.highlandmemorialparks.com
