Janalyn Sue McIntyre, age 62 of Sevierville, went home to be with the Lord Tuesday morning, September 26, 2006. She was born in Elwood, Indiana, on September 9, 1944, the daughter of Billy and Vera Harney. She was retired and faithfully attended New Hope Church. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Richard Harney. Survivors include her: Loving husband of 44 years: Leroy McIntyre Daughters and son-in-law: Lisa Stone and Jodi and Jimmy Black Grandchildren: Lindsy Stone, Whitley Stone, Jessica Black, Jill Black, and Justin Black Father-in-law: Edward McIntyre, all of Sevierville Sister-in-law: Mary Jo Harney of Rockville, IN Brother and sister-in-law: Dennis and Kathy Harney of Indianapolis, IN Aunts: Velma Hopper of Greenwood, IN, and Alice Collier of Dickinson, TX Sister-in-law and brother-in-law: Shirley and Bill Hancock of Sevierville Nieces, nephews and a host of wonderful, loving friends and neighbors In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to assist the family with medical expenses through the Janalyn S. McIntyre Memorial Fund, 3498 Sims Road, Sevierville, TN, 37876. Memorial service 5 PM Friday in the West Chapel of Atchley Funeral Home with Pastor Tom Sterbens officiating.
