Roswitha Greer

Greer, Roswitha Walburga ?Rose?, age 80, of West Knoxville, passed away Saturday September 23, 2006. She was a member of Macedonia United Methodist Church. For many years she managed Gifts Unique in the Holston Shopping Center. Preceded in death by husband, Boyd Cecil Greer; granddaughters, Rebecca Lynne Rankin and Donna Marie Rankin; son-in-law, Don M. Rankin. Survived by daughters; Marianne Rankin and Carolyn Greer; godson; Uwe Knorpp of Germany; goddaughter; Jeanette Schroeder of Grand Canary Islands; sister-in-law; Christine Ford; brother-in-law; Charles Greer and wife Evelyn. Several nieces and nephews. Longtime family friends, Walter Joest and W.D. (Bill) Foland. Family and friends will meet at Eastview Memorial Gardens for a Graveside Service at 10:00 am, Monday, September 25, 2006 with Rev. Richard Smith and Pastor Henry Greer officiating.
