Mildred Mary Evelyn Huskey Etherton

Mildred Mary Evelyn Huskey Etherton, age 94 of Sevierville, passed away Tuesday, September 19, 2006. She was a member of First Baptist Church, Sevierville. She was preceded in death by her husband Otha Paul Etherton, sister Ruth I. Huskey, granddaughter Deborah Lee Etherton, and grandson Randy David Etherton. Survivors: Son: Jimmie David Etherton and wife Wynona Daughters: Bobbie Jean Gibson, Carolyn E. Ferguson and husband Robert Grandchildren: Brent Etherton, Jerry Whaley, Timmy Whaley, Michael Whaley, Mitchell Ferguson, Whitt Ferguson and Kevin Ferguson 13 great grandchildren 2 great-great grandchildren Sisters: Helen E. Gass of Columbia, SC and Marian C. Jameson of Charlotte, NC Several nieces and nephews A special thanks and appreciation to her niece Edna Stoffle, nursing home supervisor Becky Sawyer, and the nurses and caregivers at Fort Sanders Sevier Nursing Home. The family appreciates the kindness, gentleness and love you have shown to our mother and to our family. Funeral service 7:30 PM Thursday in the West Chapel of Atchley Funeral Home with Rev. Scott Andrews officiating. Family and friends will meet 10 AM Friday in Smoky Mountain Memory Gardens for interment. Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
