James D. Maples

James D. Maples, age 75 of Sevierville passed away Friday September 15, 2006. He worked along with his father at Lakeshore for 30 years as a painter until his retirement. He was preceded in death by his parents, Wilson and Hattie Maples, brother, Billy Richard “Bud” Maples, sister, Iva Ruth Maples. Wife: Lola Maples Sons: Johnny Maples, Jeff Maples Daughters and sons-in-law: Debbie and Gary Hurst Donna and Ramon Garza, Sherry and Fred Hooker, Jimmie and Ricky Green 19 Grandchildren 8 Great Grandchildren Special niece: Darlene Baxter The family would like to thank Debbie for her care, not only as a loving daughter but also as his nurse. Funeral service 7 PM Sunday in the West Chapel of Atchley Funeral Home with Rev. Harold Parton and Rev. Ben Knight officiating. Interment 11 AM Monday in Union Grove Cemetery.
