Mary Lee Clinton Griffith

Mary Lee Clinton Griffith, age 81 of Sevierville, passed away peacefully into the arms of Jesus Friday, May 26, 2006 at Sevier County Health Care Center. She will be remembered for her love of her Savior and singing hymns and Christian songs. Mrs. Griffith was a lifelong resident of Sevierville, born to Elvin and Jesse Myrtle Clinton. She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Thelma Ann and an infant son; brothers, Paul and his wife Henrietta, Robert, Albert and Lloyd Clinton; sister, Audrey Newman and her husband Jack; brother-in-law, R.J. Ledford She will be missed by loving family members including: Daughters and Sons-in-law: Laura and Harold Ownby, Kathy Spicer, Betty and Lester Cooter, Former Son-in-law: Gary Spicer Grandchildren: Debbie Stidham, Angel and Joe Ward, Melanie and Scott Henry, Ronnie and Linda Allen. Stephanie Spicer, Amanda and Jeremy Sutton, Crystal Cooter and Sonny Cooter Great Grandchildren: Miranda Stidham, Keegan and Carissa Ward, Ashley, Kelsey, Sophie, and Riley Henry, Kayla Spicer, Koby and Destiny Sutton, Brittany, Les, and Brianna Cooter, Mary Beth Cooter Sister: Aileen Ledford Sisters-in-law: Helen and Pat Clinton Special cousin: Barbara Ward Numerous nieces and nephews and many sweet friends Funeral service 2 PM Wednesday in the Chapel of Atchley Funeral Home with Rev.
