Dorothy Matthews

Matthews, Dorothy (Dotty), passed away Monday, May 22, 2006. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She was a faithful member of Seven Islands Missionary Baptist Church. Preceded in death by father, Hubert King. Mother, Grace King; husband of 38 years, Mark Matthews; daughters, Dawn, Kelly and husband Richard Hutcherson, and Courtney; son Brent and daughter-in-law Star; grandchildren: Zachary, Casey, Taylor, Sierra, Sebastian, and Alex; sisters Jo and husband Jack Nave; Nancy and husband Ronald McCarter; special friends Cindy Williams and Vickie Gibson. Family and friends will meet at Seven Islands Cemetery at 11:00 AM Thursday for graveside services, Rev. Troy Cody officiating. Family will receive friends from 7:00 PM until 9:00 PM on Wednesday at Berry Funeral Home, Chapman Highway.
