William Arthur Brand, Jr., age 78 of Sevierville, passed away Sunday, May 14, 2006. He was a Shriner for 50 years. Survivors: Wife: Mildred Brand Son and daughter-in-law: Wayne and Fran Brand Grandchildren: Andrea Floyd and Tami Tarver Great-grandchildren: Taylor Floyd, Cassi Tarver, Joe Bates The family will receive friends 12 – 2 PM Tuesday with funeral service to follow at 2 PM Tuesday in the East Chapel of Atchley Funeral Home with Rev.
