Melinda Lee ''Mindy'' Maples

Melinda Lee “Mindy” Maples, age 49 of Pigeon Forge, passed away Saturday, May 6, 2006. She was a member of First Baptist Church, Pigeon Forge. She graduated from Sevier County High School in 1974 and graduated from Middle Tennessee State University in 1978. Survivors: Parents: Leroy and Sue Maples Brothers and sister-in-law: Jack and Robin Maples, Joe Maples Niece: Milly Maples Nephew: Jackson Maples Her beloved Labradors, Jasper and Archie, and a large extended family In lieu of flowers Mindy would appreciate your generosity to send memorials to the Sevier County Humane Society, P.O. Box 976, Pigeon Forge, TN 37868. Funeral service 7 PM Wednesday in the West Chapel of Atchley Funeral Home. Family and friends will meet 11 AM Thursday at Pigeon Forge Baptist Cemetery for graveside service and interment.
