Eugene K. Doyle

Doyle, Eugene K. (Moe), age 78 of Knoxville, passed away suddenly at his home Thursday, May 4, 2006. He was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. He attended Young High School. He was a member of Vestal United Methodist Church. Retired from Jordan Distributing as a distributor of Tom?s Snacks. He coached football and baseball for many years for West Haven Recreation League. He is preceded in death by father, Eugene Doyle and mother Elizabeth Doyle; 3 brothers and 2 sisters. Loving and devoted wife of 56 years, Betty Sue Doyle; son Danny G. Doyle and wife Shenna; daughter Sandra L. Ross and husband Ronnie; grandchildren Cheryl Jenkins-Nelson and husband Mike Nelson; Jenie Marie Nighbert; and Amethyst and Jason Gulvartian; four great-grandchildren; sisters, Dorothy Lindsay; Mabel Harrell; Sarah Branam; Elsie Buckner and husband Johnny; brother, Albert Doyle; several nieces and nephews. Funeral service 10:00 AM Wednesday, Berry Funeral Home Chapel with interment to follow at Woodlawn cemetery. Family will receive friends from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM Tuesday, Berry Funeral Home Chapman Highway.
