Dorothy C. Carr

Dorothy C. Carr, age 57 of Gatlinburg, passed away Wednesday, June 21, 2006. She was a member of Roaring Fork Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by father Luther Cooter and mother Minnie Gunter McCarter, brother Billy R. Cooter, and grandchild Diane M. Allen. Survivors: Husband: Myrl Carr Daughters and son-in-law: Ann Carr, Lisa D. and Brian S. Parton, Janice M. Williams, Elisabeth A. Carr Son and daughter-in-law: Myrl D. and Lisa D. Carr 9 grandchildren Sisters and brother-in-law: Mary Ann Richards, Barbara and Randy Frazier, Imogene Clark, Connie Hilliard Brothers and sisters-in-law: Lester and Betty Cooter, Clarance and Dixie Cooter Several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins Funeral service 1 PM Saturday in the Chapel of Atchley Funeral Home with Rev. Joe Hutchinson and Rev. Melvin Carr officiating. Interment will follow in Carr Cemetery. The family will receive friends 7-9 PM Friday at Atchley Funeral Home, Sevierville.
