Oma Sellars

Oma Sellars, age 96 of Maryville passed away Wednesday, June 14, 2006 at Asbury Health Center. She was preceded in death by her husband, Boyd Sellars, and her sister Irene Sloan of Greer, South Carolina. Survivors include daughters and son-in-laws, Laura & Clell Jones, Marie & Jack Justice, Brenda & Joe Newman all of Maryville, and Mary Korth of Knoxville; sons and daughter in-laws, Claude & Marlene Sellars of Maryville, John & Marie Sellars of Leesburg, GA, Roy & Tammy Sellars of Madisionville & Ray Sellars of Maryville; sister Maudie Mathis of Greer, South Carolina; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren & great-great grandchildren. Family will receive friends 11-12 Noon Friday at Sherwood Chapel prior to the funeral service at 12 Noon, Rev. Larry Bradley officiating. Burial will follow in Sherwood Memorial Gardens. Sherwood Chapel and Memorial Gardens, 3176 Airport Hwy, Alcoa Tn. 865-970-2956, affiliated with Berry Funeral Home, is serving the family.
