Lillian Pauline Frazier Billips, age 71, of Seymour, passed away Friday, June 9, 2006. She was a member of Timothy Street Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Nellie Frazier; 1 brother and 3 sisters. Survivors: Husband: Kenneth Carl Billips Son: Jeffrey R. Kiser Daughters and Son-in-law: Dinah F. and Gary W. Blondell, Joyce A. Scott Grandchildren: Matthew, Anthony, and Michael Blondell, Dwight Scott, Jordan, Rachael, Daniel, and Phillip Kiser Great Grandson: Anthony Blondell, Jr Sisters: Helen Fawver and Thelma Davis Brothers: Jack and Lillard Frazier Several nieces and nephews Funeral service 1 PM Monday at Roseberry Baptist Church with Rev.
