Gwendolyn Louise Bellamy

Bellamy, Gwendolyn Louise ?age 56, of Knoxville, passed away on Friday, June 2, 2006 at her home. She was a member of Sevier Heights Baptist Church. A graduate of Austin High School Class of 1967, she also completed some course work at Pellissippi State. Preceded in death by parents, Isadore McRoy, Helen McRoy Tate and brother, Robert Franklin Garrett. She was a dedicated mother and grandmother to daughter, Candace Bellamy; son, Christopher Bellamy; son and daughter-in-law, Marcus and Patricia Bellamy; grandchild, Faith Bellamy; brother, Kenneth Wayne McRoy, Alex Johnson, Alvin Johnson, Herbert McRoy; sister, Susan McRoy; sister-in-law, Violet P. McRoy; several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. The family will receive friends from 10-11 AM Thursday in the Chapel of Berry Funeral Home, Chapman Highway, with funeral service to follow at 11 AM, Rev. Violet P. McRoy officiating and Rev. Don Wilson, Eulogy. Interment will follow at Highland South Cemetery.
