Nicholas Austin Maples

Nicholas Austin Maples, age 25 of Sevierville, went to be with the Lord Saturday, July 1, 2006. He was the manager of Park Grove Inn, Pigeon Forge, a graduate of Gatlinburg Pittman High School and Knoxville Business College, and was of the Baptist faith. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Charles and Kathleen Pickel. Survivors: Mother and Father: Peggy and Lynn Cole Brother: Joshua Lynn Cole and fiancé Lea Arensbak Aunts: Pam Ogle and Roy, Nancy King and Michael, Karen McElyea and Rick, Janet McClure and Bill, Marsha Huff, Glenda Hale and Dennis Uncles: Michael Lashlee and Beverly, Dee Lashlee and Donna, Rick Pickel and Susan, Steve Cole, Tony Cole and Stacy. Grandparents: Dortha and D.L. Cole, Roy and Betty Maples Special cousins: Bart Ogle, Chad Huskey, Corey Maples, Dave King Extended family: Mark Maples and sister Cathy Funeral service 11 AM Tuesday in the Chapel of Atchley Funeral Home with Rev. Ed Parton and Rev. Wayne Ownby officiating. Interment will follow in Shiloh Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be his golfing buddies from Gatlinburg Country Club.
