Nicholas Siplak Jr.

Siplak Jr., Nicholas, age 53 of Knoxville passed away Tuesday, January 24, 2006. He served as Captain in the Marines Corps for 11 years and then served in the reserves. After his military service, he worked for the Knox County intake center, and then at Levi-Strauss. He was of the Baptist faith. Preceded in death by wife, Eunice Siplak; father Nicholas Siplak, Sr.; mother-in-law, Geneva Moyers. Survived by sons, Nicholas Siplak III and wife Jessica, and Grant; daughter, Robin and husband Mark McCroskey; grandchildren, Nicholas Siplak IV, and Kelsi Henderson; step grandchildren, Ashley McCroskey, and Kayla McCroskey; mother, Thelma L. Tessin; brother, Wayne Siplak and wife Laura; sisters Christine Shelton and husband Ed, and Lily O?Neal and husband Eddie. The family will receive friends Sunday from 4:00 to 6:00 following a chapel service at Lynnhurst-Greenwood Chapel with Rev. Jimmy Stroud. Graveside service will be held 1:00 PM, Monday at Lynnhurst Cemetery. Arrangements by Lynnhurst-Greenwood Chapel of Berry Funeral Home, 2300 W.
