James L. Milligan, Sr.

Milligan, James L. (Jim) SR., age 77 of Knoxville, passed away Friday January 20, 2006. He was a member of Washington Pike Baptist Church where he served as a Chairman of the Deacons, Director of Sunday School, and Training Union Director. He was retired from Consumer Wholesale. Preceded in death by parents John Wesley and Ernestine Milligan and wife of 52 years, Betty Milligan. Survived by Son, James L. Milligan Jr. and fianc?e Natascha Draine; grandchildren Mary Frances, Katherine Gene, William Starry Milligan and Alexa Juliet Draine; brothers John W. and Howard Mahan Milligan. The family will receive friends Tuesday, 1 to 2 PM at Lynnhurst-Greenwood Chapel of Berry Funeral Home prior to a graveside service at 2 PM in Lynnhurst Cemetery, Rev Sean White and Rev. Robert Murray officiating.
