Lonas E. “Dank” Ramsey, age 68 of Sevierville, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, January 18, 2006. He was retired after 40 years of service from Metler’s Trucking Co. in Knoxville. He was preceded in death by his parents Minyard Brownlow Ramsey and Connie McCarter Ramsey, brother, Herman Ramsey, Sr. and sister, Dovie Ramsey Ball. Survivors: Wife of 48 years: Geneva Sue Ramsey Sons and Daughters-in-law: Tommy and Debra Ramsey Tony and Rebeka Ramsey Daughter and Son-in-law: Rita and Michael Sutton Grandchildren: Michael Ramsey Justin Smith Aaron Ramsey Brittany Ramsey Cory Ramsey Brother: J.C. Ramsey Sisters: Lois Ramsey Branum Gertie Marie Ramsey Franklin Funeral service 7 PM Friday in the Chapel of Atchley Funeral Home with Rev. Terry Parton officiating. Interment 10 AM Saturday in Mt.
