Carrie Lee Forrester

Forrester, Carrie Lee ?age 87, of South Knoxville, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, January 17, 2006. She was a member of Fifth Avenue Baptist Church and retired from Insurance Administrators. Preceded in death by parents, John and Willie Cate Bailey; husband, James (Kat) Forrester, Sr. and brother, Rex Bailey. Survived by son and daughter-in-law, James and Debra Forrester; son, David Forrester; sister, Margaret Hudson; step-sister, Ruth Miller; grandchildren and spouses, Christopher and Destanie Forrester, Kimberly and David Garner, Michael and Shelby Forrester, Kelly and Jonathan Sheddan; eight great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM on Thursday in the chapel of Berry Funeral Home, Chapman Highway, with funeral service to follow at 8 PM, Rev. John Silver officiating. Family and friends will meet at Greenwood Cemetery on Friday for 11 AM interment services.
