William Eugene Stanton, Jr

Stanton, Jr., William Eugene (Bill), age 61, of Knoxville, passed away Monday February 20, 2006 at Blount Memorial Hospital. Bill served in the US Navy aboard the USS Benner in Vietnam from 1966-1969. Preceded in death by parents Bill and Mae Dunn Stanton and brother Richard. Survived by sister and brother-in-law, Karin and Kenny Hurst of Seymour. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to your favorite charity. Family and friends will meet at the Rotunda at Tennessee Veterans Cemetery 11:30 AM Wednesday for graveside services. Full military honors will be provided by Veterans United Honor Guard.
