Freda Watson Clabough

Freda Watson Clabough, age 78, a native of Sevier County, passed away Friday, December 29, 2006 at Fort Sanders Sevier Medical Center. She was a life long resident of Sevier County and a member of First Baptist Church, Sevierville. Mrs. Clabough retired from Bell South after 30 years of service and was a member of the Pioneers of America. She was co-owner of Clabough’s Market and Campground. Mrs. Clabough was preceded in death by her parents Dave and Ella Ogle Watson and brother Johnny E. Watson. She was a devoted wife of 58 years to her surviving husband Harold M. Clabough; loving mother to daughter and son-in-law Brenda and Ron Russell; affectionately known as “Tishbo” to her grandchildren David and Amanda Russell and Stephen Russell and “BoBo” to her great-granddaughter Victoria “Blake” Russell. She is also survived by sisters and brothers-in-law Betty and Bob Williams, Peggy and Charles Jackson, Ruth and Dale Murrell; brothers and sisters-in-law Jimmy E. and Carolyn Watson, David E. and Betty Watson; several nieces and nephews Funeral service 11 AM Monday in the Chapel of Atchley Funeral Home with Rev. Scott Andrews officiating. Interment will follow in Shiloh Cemetery. The family will receive friends 4-6 PM Sunday at Atchley Funeral Home, Sevierville. (www.atchleyfuneralhome.com)
