Charles David (Chuck) McCarter

Charles David (Chuck) McCarter, age 53, of Sevierville, passed away Saturday, December 9, 2006. Chuck was a veteran of the Marine Corps, and the United States Army having served 13 Months in Vietnam. Charles had a love for all cars, and was involved in Auto Sales with Jerry Reagan where he was employed for many years. He was preceded in death by his father, Hugh McCarter, brothers Doc McCarter, Gene Starkey, and sister-in-law, Kay Myers Survivors: Mother: Ruby Loveday Daughters: Page Houk , and McKenzie McCarter Granddaughters: Lacy Houk and Sabra Dail Brothers: Bill Myers, Ed McCarter, and J.C. Starkey Sisters: Sue Manning and husband, Earl (Junior) Manning, Dee McCarter Grell and husband, Bud Grell Several nieces and nephews In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society 871 Weisgarber Rd. Knoxville, TN 37909 Family and friends will meet 2 PM Tuesday in Shiloh Cemetery for graveside services and interment with Rev. Ray Williams officiating.
