Mamie E. Watson, age 94 of Newport, passed away Monday, November 28, 2005. She was preceded in death by her husband Olin Waston, parents Jim and Naomi Stogner, brothers, Shelby, Comer and Hulette Stogner, son-in-law Charles (Chuck) Perry, brother-in-law Clell Watson. Survivors: Children: Elizabeth Fox of Newport; Christine Perry of Pinellas Park, FL Grandchildren: Candace and Keith Augustine, of Kingsport, TN; Chuck Perry of St. Petersburg, FL; Sissy Fox of Newport; Cassi and Steve Reubens of St. Petersburg, FL; Christopher and Michele Perry of Brandon, FL Great-grandchildren: Breanna Lightfield and Heather McCarter of Sevierville; Allen Anderson, Kelsey and Abbey Reubens of St. Petersburg, FL; Victoria and Angelina Dale of Brandon, FL; Trevor, Savanna and Trinity Perry of Brandon, FL Great-great-grandchildren: Ali and Ella Lightfield, Tyson and Jordan McCarter of Sevierville Sisters: Ruby Trentham and husband Sam of Louisville, TN; Lillian Crossley of Allentown, PA Brother-in-law: Hugh Watson and wife Evelyn of Greenback, TN Sisters-in-law: Kate Stogner of Rogersville, TN; Beulah Watson of Sevierville In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Holston Home for Children or to First Methodist Church for local missions projects. Funeral service 7 PM Thursday in the Chapel of Atchley Funeral Home. Rev. Frederick Long and Rev. W. W. Cope officiating. Entombment 10 AM Friday in Smoky Mountain Memory Gardens.
