Earnest Heaton

Heaton, Earnest Lee, age 76. The Lord added another angel to his kingdom on November 13, 2005. He was a retired home builder and past president of Home Builders Association of Knoxville. Member of Loveland Baptist Church. Preceded to heaven by father and mother, Macy and Ida Heaton; brother, Raymond Heaton; and niece, Vandy Sharp. Loved ones left behind; devoted wife of 58 years, Joan Linkes Heaton; son, Wayne Heaton; daughters, Donna and Vickie; grandson, Chris Heaton; bonus grandson, Bill Collins; sons-in-laws, Kenny Collins and Mike Bolding; sister, Carolyn Sharp; many other relatives and friends. He was the most dignified man, devoted friend, loving husband, wonderful father and ?Papaw?. Family will receive friends from 6-8 pm Wednesday at Lynnhurst-Greenwood Chapel with funeral services to follow at 8:00 pm with Rev. Jerry Hillard officiating. Family and friends will meet at the entrance to Lynnhurst Cemetery at 1:00 pm Thursday for interment service.
