Howard Arnhart

HOWARD EUGENE ARNHART, age 71 of Knoxville passed away on Monday, May 30, 2005 at Baptist Hospital. He was a member of the Emerald Avenue Methodist Church and was a graduate of Tennessee Tech. University receiving a degree in engineering. Mr. Arnhart was a member of Bright Hope Lodge #557 where he was a 32nd degree Mason. Member of Scottish Rite where he was also Degree Master for Maundy Thursday Easter Service. Member of Kerbela Shriners and the Royal order of Jesters Court #57, he was also the first exalted ruler of the Elks Lodge #2459 in Henderson, TN. He was a veteran of the Korean Conflict serving with the United States Air Force. Mr. Arnhart is survived by daughter Kellie Arnhart of Crossville, TN, sons; Charles (Skip) Arnhart and wife Jill and children Reece and Emily all of Dawsonville, GA and Thomas Arnhart and wife Joanna, of Franklin, TN, and Uncle Charles Arnhart, and a cousin Mary Ann Pruitt and husband Joe. Funeral services will be Thursday at 8:00 PM at Lynnhurst-Greenwood Chapel with Rev. Robert Bean officiating. Masonic services will be provided by the Bright Hope Lodge #557. Family and friends will meet at Lynnhurst Cemetery on Friday for a 10:00 AM graveside service. In lieu of flowers memorials should be made to Hospital for Crippled Children Kerbela Shriners, 315 Mimosa Ave., Knoxville, TN 37920. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Lynnhurst-Greenwood Chapel of Berry Funeral Home, 2300 W. Adair Dr.
