Travis Allen Sappington

Sappington, Travis Allen, age 24, of Knoxville, passed away suddenly on Sunday, May 22, 2005. He attended Kings Academy and South Doyle High School. Travis was of the Baptist faith and was an employee of McGhee Tyson Armed Forces Club. Preceded in death by father, Randy Sappington and grandfather, Alvin Swaggerty. He is survived by mother and stepfather, Susan and Len Miszkiel; grandmother, Charlotte Swaggerty; uncle, Kent Swaggerty; aunt, Sharon Swaggerty; and godparents, Chris and Elizabeth Owens. Family and friends will meet at Sherwood Memorial Gardens at 11:00 AM Wednesday for graveside services, Rev. Charles McNutt officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Childrens Hospital 2018 Clinch Avenue Knoxville, Tennessee 37916. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM Tuesday at Berry Funeral Home, Chapman Highway.
