Rogers, Sue ?Ninnie? ?went home to be with Jesus on Tuesday, May 3, 2005. She was of the Baptist faith. Preceded in death by her husband of 46 years, Rev. Tommy Joe Rogers; father, Arthur Foister; 2 brothers and 1 sister. She is survived by mother and stepfather, Katherine and James McIntosh; loving mother-in-law, Lillian Rogers; son and wife, Tommy II and Lisa Rogers of Maryville; daughter and husband, Susan and David Ledford of Powell; special son, Billy and Melody Brown of Chattanooga; 7 grandchildren; 3 sisters and 3 brothers. Funeral service will be held 8 PM on Wednesday, Berry Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Alex Townsend officiating. Family and friends will meet at Greenwood Cemetery on Thursday for 2 PM interment services. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to 3704 Chapman Highway, Knoxville, Tennessee 37920 on behalf of the Sue Rogers family. The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM on Wednesday at Berry Funeral Home, Chapman Highway.
