Lawrence Edwin Cogdill, Sr., 62, of South Knoxville passed away Saturday March 26, 2005. He was preceded in death by is parents Alvin and Edith Loveday Cogdill and brother Ralph Cogdill. Survivors: Wife; Caroline E. Drover Cogdill Son; Lawrence E. Cogdill, Jr. Daughters; Sonya Kitts and husband Jeff Cindy Parrott and husband John Grandchildren; Jessica, Jacob, and Kendra Cogdill, Andrew and Cory Kitts, Jonathan and Jaiden Parrott Brothers; Bill, Roy, Donald and Homer Cogdill Sisters; Ruby and Sally Cogdill, Barbara Weaver, Annette Pate, and Maree Hurd Devoted friend; Jim Milligan Pallbearers will be grandsons and nephews. Funeral service 7 PM Monday at Atchley’s Seymour Chapel. Rev. Rebecca Milligan officiating. Interment 12 noon Tuesday in Atchley’s Seymour Memory Gardens.
