Eugene Arwood

Eugene Arwood, age 83, of Seymour, died Monday, March 21, 2005. He was a dedicated member of Valley Grove Baptist Church where he served as a Sunday School teacher for 50 years. He retired from Rogers Cadillac after 35 years of service. He was preceded in death by parents Earnest and Lucy Goforth and grandson Timmy White. Survivors: Wife of 60 years: Anah Arwood Daughter and son-in-law: Regenia and Ed White Grandchildren: Tommy and Kelly White, Ann and Warren Catlett Great-grandchildren: Lee White, Dale Catlett, Chris Brooks Funeral service 7 PM Wednesday in the West Chapel of Atchley Funeral Home with Dr. Bobby Tucker officiating. Family and friends will meet 2:30 PM Thursday in Jones Chapel Cemetery for interment. The family will receive friends 5-7 PM Wednesday at Atchley Funeral Home, Sevierville.
