Charles Edward Finchum

Charles Edward Finchum, age 63, of Sevierville, passed away at home Tuesday, March 15, 2005. Mr. Finchum was a veteran of the United States Army and served with the 82nd Airborne Division. He was a devoted and loving husband and father. He was of the Baptist Faith. He was preceded in death by an infant son, Joey Edward Finchum, parents Dayton and Susie Finchum, and father and mother-in-law Paulas and Pearl Huskey. Survivors: Wife: Freeda Huskey Finchum Daughter and son-in-law: Janet and Bruce McQuaig Brothers and sisters: D.R. and Becky Finchum, O’dell and Geraldine Finchum, Jim and Tammy Finchum, Cleo and Bob Suttles, Judy and Ray Carr, Eva Sue Sims, Larry Sims Brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law: Rex and Merita Huskey, Ralph and Joyce Huskey, Gary and Linda Huskey, Eugene and Doris Wilson, Dennis and Debbie Beasley, and Randy Huskey Several nephews, nieces, great-nephews, and great-nieces Special caregiver and niece: Missy Maples Funeral service 2 PM Friday in the West Chapel of Atchley Funeral Home with Rev. Mike Beck and Rev. Dee Wilson officiating. Eulogy will be delivered by Rev. Gary Huskey. Interment will follow in Smoky Mountain Memory Gardens with military honors. Pallbearers will be Bill Chambers, Larry Dennis, Craig Laxton, Jason Narash, Bobby Rhodes, Robert Stamper, Paul Whaley and Dave Williams.
