David Leon Tucker

Tucker, David Leon (Tuffy), age 66, born December 25, 1938, passed away Monday, August 29, 2005. He was a member of Sevier Heights Baptist Church and employed at Walmart on Chapman Highway. He was preceded in death by his mother and father, Robert L. and Lida S. Tucker; brothers, Robert, Jr., Max and Bill; sister, Dorothy Tucker Helton. Survived by wife, Jeannie; daughter, Becky; sons and spouses, Tommy and Rachel, Brad and Brenda; stepson, David Scott, Ft. Bragg, N.C.; sister, Joanie Tucker Beckner; brother, Charles Tucker; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Lisa and Ronnie Boruff, all of Knoxville; several beloved nieces and nephews; beloved friend, Maxine Scott. Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday Berry Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Charlie McNutt officiating. Interment will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Sevier Heights Baptist Church Building Fund, 3232 Alcoa Highway, Knoxville, TN 37920. The family will receive friends 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Berry Funeral Home, Chapman Hwy.
