Donald Lee ''Donnie'' Trotter

Donald Lee “Donnie” Trotter, age 58, of Sevierville, passed away Sunday, August 28, 2005. Raised in Pigeon Forge, he attended Lincoln Memorial University and East Tennessee State University. He joined the U.S. Air Force and was a veteran of the Vietnam War, serving as a classified top secret offset pressman and distributor. He was a licensed real estate agent and business entrepreneur in Sevier County. He was preceded in death by his parents Lillie Juanita Whaley and John Mitchell Trotter and brother John Dale Trotter. Survivors: Son: Tyler Don Trotter Daughter: Sabra LaShae Trotter Nephews: Ryan and Vince Trotter Best Friend: Robert C. Oury Extended Whaley and Trotter family members and many friends I consider that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us. ~ Romans 8:18 In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Dr. Charles Stanley’s In Touch Ministries, P.O. Box 7900, Atlanta, GA, 30357. Graveside service and inurnment 10 AM Saturday in Pigeon Forge Baptist Cemetery with Rev. W. W. Cope officiating. Military honors will be provided by American Legion Post #104. The family will receive friends 6-8 PM Thursday at Atchley Funeral Home, Sevierville. (www.atchleyfuneralhome.com)
