Elmeda Elizabeth McCarter, age 87 of Sevierville, passed away Thursday, August 18, 2005. She was a lifetime member of First Baptist Church, Sevierville. She was preceded in death by her parents O.G. and Cora McCarter, sister Callie McCarter Ailey, and infant brother O.G.
