Carl Edward Slone, 77, of Kodak passed away Sunday, August 7, 2005. He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Noel Slone, parents, Garland and Alma Slone and brother, Denzil Slone. Survivors: Sister: Mary Rose Stickler of West Hamlin, W. VA Brother: Denver Slone and wife Lillian of West Hamlin, W. VA A host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends, including members of the Pollard Hill Baptist Church. Funeral service 7 PM Wednesday at Atchley’s Seymour Chapel with the Rev. Tim Farrow officiating. Interment 10 AM Thursday at Atchley’ Seymour Memory Gardens.
