Anne Adelle Barker Bohanan McCarter

Anne Adelle Barker Bohanan McCarter, age 64, of Sevierville, passed away unexpectedly after surgery Thursday, September 30, 2004, at Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center. She was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church in Seymour. She was employed at Smoky Mountain Knife Works. She loved camping with her husband and grandchildren, gardening, bird watching, and walking in the woods. She was preceded in death by brother Alfred H. Barker, III, mother Margarite Marie Boyd Barker, and father Alfred H. Barker, Jr. Anne Adelle leaves her: Husband and childhood sweetheart: Stanley McCarter Sons: Johnny Bohanan, Jr. and wife Phillis, Jimmy Bohanan and wife Tammy Daughter: Nancy Sutton and husband Jim Stepdaughter: Dotty Brackins and husband Rick, all of Pigeon Forge Grandchildren: Rusty Ball, Cody Ball, Courtney Ball, Marisa Sutton, Tyler Bohanan, Corey Bohanan, Holly and Tray Bohanan, and Brad Brackins, all of Pigeon Forge Sisters: Rede Douglas of Gatlinburg, Minnie Knych of Friday Harbor, WA, Frances Inman of Knoxville, Helen Rutledge of Sevierville, and Jane Stelle of Washington, WV Brother: Mike Barker of Sparks, MD Multitudes of nieces and nephews Mass service 3 PM Monday at Atchley’s Chapel with Father Thomas O’Connell officiating.
