Harry Grubb

GRUBB, HARRY E., age 95 of Fountain City, passed away Tuesday, September 7, 2004 at home. Member of Rutherford Memorial United Methodist Church. Former owner of Grubb Store on Emory Road in Corryton, Fountain City Supermarket, and Harry Grubb Produce Company. Preceded in death by parents, M.D. and Lula Grubb; wife, Dorsie M. Grubb; son, Harry Grubb, Jr., (Sonny); son-in-law, Claude A. Ward; great-grandson, Jason Ward. Survivors: Daughter: June G. Ward Graveside service 11 am Friday at Lynnhurst Cemetery with Rev. Charles V. Whitson officiating. The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm Thursday at Lynnhurst-Greenwood Chapel of Berry Funeral Home, 2300 W. Adair Dr.
