Daniel, James ?Rusty? R., age 47, of Knoxville, passed away after a courageous two year battle with cancer on Tuesday, September 7, 2004. Wife, Mary Daniel; son, Joshua Bunch; daughter, Jennifer Anastatio; granddaughter, Bryanna Swaggerty; father Kenneth (Jesse) Daniel; sisters, Mary (Angie) Smith and Cissy (CJ) Salsgiver and ?brothers? Gary Montieth and Steve Byrd. The family asks that in lieu of flowers, any memorials be in the form of contribution to the Thompson Cancer Survival Center, 1915 White Ave., Knoxville, TN 37916.
