Richard “Dick” Lee Neitz, 54, of Seymour passed away Sunday Sept. 5, 2004. He was preceded in death by his father, LeRoy Virgil Neitz; paternal grandparents, Harry and Emma Neitz; maternal grandparents, Claude and Pansy Billington Survivors: Loving wife, Joan Neitz Son and daughter-in-law, Travis and Lissa Neitz Son, Tyler Neitz Mother, Alice Billington Neitz Sister and brother-in-law, Patti and David Giffin and nieces Teri Whetherington and Cindy Capan Brother and sister-in-law, Allen and Beverly Neitz and nieces Amy Hawkins and Mandy Neitz Stepsons, Kerry Viney and C.J. Viney Stepdaughter and step son-in-law, Allen and Jennifer Hadder Step-grandaughters, Ashley Cherry and Emma Hadder Step-grandsons, Alan Cherry and Andrew Hadder Stepdaughter, Stacie Hagen Funeral service 3 PM Friday at Atchley’s Seymour Chapel.
